i'm kong and i'm staying in an apartment in penang island. i really think of getting a dog now especially cairn terrier. anyone here who has a cairn terrier in yr appartment and i really appreciate if u can share with me but yr experience with terrier in yr apartment.
so far for those who have dog in apartment, which is the best/suitable dog u think to be have in an apartment?

Welcome~! Me also Penang lang penang ppl more and more as the days goes by. Cairn Terrier sort of looks like a silky terrier too yar~ i own a silky and also stays in a apartment
Which dog is suitable for apartment life is also up to your lifestyle, if you wan a not so active dog, u can opt for shih tzu which is very popular in penang. as for the more lively type, u can have jack russell terrier, silky terrier, aust terrier.
mind you, even thou pekingenese might look like a toy, the one belonging to my fren can hike up to 84 using the tar road

thanks every1 for the welcome greet n reply (within 12 hours).... faster than i expected. i'm staying in rented apartment, not originally from penang. i already book a dog, cairn terrier, will bring back home during Chinese New Year. will post u all a pic of my babe soon, with it's detail. nice 2 know u guys from penang too..... next time i see a lab i will ask him r u Boon or a silky terrier n ask r u lulugal? nice to know u all... and ope to know u all more..... regard!

this is my first time to have a dog. that's why i read n study all the message found in puppy.com as well as reading all the information in the internet..... don worry... i am learning.... and keep on learning now... will ask if i need any advice from all the dog lover here... kam sia (this's how penang lang say thank you)

u got so many dogs in yr aprtment? wow... cool.... 1 day i gonna visit yr place n be surrounded by all yr dogs haha! i'm having a cairn terrier, staying in an aprtment at sungai dua. 1 dog 4 me is not a easy job to handle, but u r telling me u got 3 chihuahua, JRT n shih tzu in yr apartment? i like JRT so much too..... but hardly see any in penang.
