mute pup... Can't Post

Hi there,

Its very long since i've last visited this site untill now , when i have a problem with my new dog, schnauzer, recently. He is one and a half years, very active, very energetic, but bark with no sound. All you can hear is air coming out from the mouth, as when you blow a balloon. I went to the vet but the vet says he dont know how to bark only, not totally mute. But i dont think so... pls advise

Is quite hard to know because schnauzer normally doesn't bark loudly. They will just make some whining noise. If there is totally no sound then mostly like it is mute. Try another vet.
