Hi, Surchinmy, After Yippi meal (I cook for him for his dinner), normally I also clean his beard with wet tower and sometime with running water. But seems can't clean thoroughly, his beard now become brown color . His beard was white color before. Do you have idea how to make MS's beard back to normal, white color.
fur or no fur...i still sayang even if furkid has brownish looking face.
o yes...i use cornstarch every 2 days (using a blusher blush) to help whiten the brownish area. it helps a little lor. otherwise shalom can be almost my good ol creamy milk chocolate!
some add borax...but i hate the idea of borax since it is dangerous when ingested. i also avoid talcum or baby powder for the face area...but am ok to use it for her bummy area to overcome pee stains.

yeah...cornstarch does help to whiten naturally. with constant use and regular cleaning like what sk said (after makan and after drinking), the whiteness is not too bad...of course will still be a little brownish...not pure white.
also bear in mind that as fair or white dogs age, they tend to turn brown around the face. and a brown or dark dog will turn whitish around the face....our boxer (christie) left us when her face was so white compared to her puppr pics.
you can supplement with whitening shampoo (the way i did for my westie). however, in your case a bit tricky since your furkid isn't white all over...just some parts.

You are welcome.
But sometimes touch the colour hair is still ok. Won't be bleach immediately. Normally for white hair also need like 3-4 washes then only will turn purely white.

Haha... That's why a_evie help to post this subject here .. I attach my furkids photo here... hahaha... you can see from the photo, the color of his beard ... I am using whitening shampoo, but not as what u said, clean as much as possible ... I using whitening shampoo once a week while bath... but no effect ...

Other than cleaning your dog with whitening shampoo you also need to make sure that the white hair part doesn't go wet too much. If wet all the time sure will become dirty. I always wipe my dog's hair and mouth after eating.
