Atria was ful of dogs over Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This was during the Pet Angel's Happy People Happet Pets carnival. Not too bad a show. I went on saturday as well as sunday to attend the talks. Quite informative.
One of the speakers was Anthony Balan. He brought along his service dog, su. After the show they even went to Dave's Delli in Atria to eat. anthony balan is one of the star writer and he also train dogs for service purpose. As for atria being dog friendly.... well, if the dog is small, in a cage is ok but if he is roaming around, not really. The guard normally will say something one lor but I guess coz Anthony Balan is one of the invited speaker maybe that's why they dun dare to say anything kua... coz that week itself was a doggie show week.
Dog friendly means they allow you to bring your dog in on a leash, not in a cage, lah. Hopefully in the future, we may see "dog friendly" places where we dog lovers & owners can stroll, window shop or sit down for a cuppa without feeling harrassed.
For now, I suppose we can start by being responsible people by picking up after our doggies and teaching our doggies to behave themselves in public.
yup, lets hope everyone do the same then i'm sure the public will feel the difference and eventually we'll be able to find a doggie haven shopping friendly place for our doggies

i am more of a "jalan jalan queen". so is my hubby. we don;t so much do shopping. but just driving around...sometimes out of town when we decide...left or right.....that sort of jalan-jalan.
