back to the topic...what do you do when you see a kid trying to shoot your dog with a toy gun or what do you do when you see kids trying to kick your dog from a distance.
mind you the parents are with the said kids at all times.
had the misfortune of meeting 3 of such of such kids during sunday breakfast.
acar acar shoot with a toy gun...but the kids meant to be mean...maybe because teh parents commented that shalom was very obedient. just sat down without running around...so dengki lor.
but the mere look of the kids was enuf to make the first impression...mean kids. bully types.
good thing we had her godpa with us...bouncer style. 1 look and the kid sat down immediately...only to kacau shalom as soon as godpa walks away to order food etc.
well, if the kid dare to walk near and do anything what I would do is just go over to the kid and tell the kid off by saying things like "we should not be mean to things/animals that is smaller than us"
well, if that is the case i guess after saying there is nothing much u cud do lor. just be patient and be forgiving lor or else put on a blind eyes to those ppl lar. The kid are too young to understand and the parents does not know the feel of owning a pet so my guess is that they cudn't be bother lor.
but life goes on....even the rude kid from my apt has learnt to shut his mouth. his brother just winks everytime we meet...and has patted shalom once! i was so happy....
might as well be patient and hopefully they chaneg their mindset. no point jumping into their bandwagon and begin a battle of words that will harm our reputation as dog owners.
but no prob, you can get mummy tomorrow. mummy says i cannot go since i have not finished my jabs. but pls say hello to mika and my godpa and godma tomorrow!
