Well, it is not exactly a con job, but certainly a useless job.

There is no difference between a Dax and a Dal. All my Dals are trained. Once they entered the ring, they know what they have to do and they know why they are there.
As for your Holli, I don't think she is a problem dog, may be your approach is not quite tailored to suite her.
