Just wish to highlight, in case Subang Jaya residents are not aware of the new ruling.

With effect from 2005, all dog owners must seek your neighbours approval before you can renew or apply for your doggie license. Suggest that you get the forms ready, train your dogs properly and start making friends with your neighbours!!!
