cos im doing yoga for almost 5 months already...in kota kemuning..opposite the lake
near my house mar......n the instructor is very patient n 1 thing i like about her is she pushes her student to the their best in all the poses........alwasy say no pain no gain!!
oh btw im doing structural yoga...lose weight mar.....
its basically more stretching and strengthening every part of the body..
like the back of the thighs...quadriceps.......the arms.......the backbones especially...the spinal cord lah to make it more flexible so u can go into more poses...
of cos every start of the lessons theres the intercostal breathing n warm up lar
but i think next month im stoping already cos of problems with the management
I have been practising yoga for about 2 yrs, it is really beneficial for all of us, ecspecially lady, it helps us for youthful appearance too!
sometimes I do help my BOBO for yoga session ... nothing much for doggie lah, just hold his leg and turn a bit circle from left to right and from right to left. a lot of yoga poses was created from animal, for example....dog stretch, cat stretch.....Yoga people, you know what I am talking too lah
