I got a warning letter from the MBSA, that i do not obtain the license for my dog. I have checked with some friends that it might be complaints by the neighbours and that is caused the MBSA issue a warning letters. Why is that all the cats can be wandering around and even poo in front of our hosue and never get warning or summons from the local council ? does it look fair for us ?
