Travelling with my schnauzer?

Hey guys, i am not sure where to post this.
but i really need help! I have no idea who to look for, who to ask.
I am a student who is planning to further my studies in either UK September this year or Aussie next year on February or Japan in this August. departing from KL.
I have a pet, Ruffy that i wish to bring her along. She is a miniature schnauzer weighing about 4kg.
I understood that i have to get the Health & Vaccination Certificate 6 months before.
However i have no idea about anything else.
Below are some things that i roughly aware of and need some answers...
1. How do i get an Import and an export permit?
2. What is the usual rate to fly her from Malaysia to UK, aussie and Japan?
3. How long do they quarantine the dog in UK, aussie and Japan? I heard that it is 6 months in UK..which i find it abit too long...
4. I assume the dog will be staying in a pet hotel during quarantine period. Do i have to pay the pet hotel? How much is the rate usually??
