1) The shop has to be clean and relatively spacious.
2) Pets are to be treated with kindness and gentleness.
3) The groomer has to be patient with the pets with good grooming manners i.e. not to beat the
pet if it is not obedient. Groomer should be a friendly one with good communication skills with pet
onwers.
4) Price should be within the market range i.e. not too expensive.
