MBPJ banned British Bulldog?

My sister went to MBPJ today to get a license for our British Bulldog, but was told by the officer that bulldog is banned by MBPJ. When she protested and asked for the banned list, the officer said she did not have the list, and asked my sister to come back on Monday and check with the health dept in MBPJ.
What's going on here? I'm sure the officer is mistaken. What's your feedback?
