Getting a rottie

xrain New User Sep 1, 2010, 6:12 AM Views: 11226 Getting a rottie Hi all, I was thinking on getting a rottie. Any suggestion on others guard dog (as in fierce and protection to the owner). I live with my parents but they are around 60-70years old, so I'm the only one who can take care the dog. What I want to say here is I did a research on this breed and found that it will become aggressively if didn't give enough exercise. Is it ok to get a rottie if I have no experience at all? Will it hard to control since I'm just a gal???lol... and I also did a research on how to train a dog.

If you very serious then do get one from a breeder not a pet shop as the temperament comes from the parents and if you very concern about handling it get a female they are much better as a watch dog.
