As far as I know, Wilayah Persekutuan (KL) is the most easiest one. Just go to DBKL any branch tell them you want apply dog license, then they will give u a form to fill and then pay RM15 only. They don't even ask for any document or verified your IC.

Technically, u should hang the license on their neck at all times. But if u take ur dog out for walks and anywhere public, u just make sure u got the license with you lor. If kena stop by council ppl, u gotta show it to them or else they have the right to confiscate ur dog and slap u a fine. That's the law lor. Hey no problem.. hmm... i assumed that you haven't get your adult dog for vaccination for 2 years d.. so, u still need to renew your vaccination card and bring your dog for yearly vaccination.. once the card is updated.. then u can bring the card to apply.. actually in the application form never stated whether you are staying single storey or not.. but they require us to provide more spaces for the dogs and in the form, it is require us to state the available land in sq ft.. but am sure for landed property.. they allow us to apply 2 dogs.. only 2 dogs..
