One of those sad cases...

There's a neighbour down the road, not far from my house owns either a mixed breed or a pariah dog which is severely matted on the tail, backside area and probably else where on her body. It's a female by the way...She has the same fur & golden coloured fur as Amber but is pariah looking but tall. It's not well taken cared, it's thin, you should see the food bowl & her food. So disgusting!
The owners are never home. Only once I saw them a woman & a man going off, I don't know where. The ;ast time I saw them was when they were leaving & the woman scolded the dog for some reason. Until now, 6months later, I've not seen the owners anywhere. Prob come back very early in the morning maybe 3 or 4am and then leave in one hour time. Coz when I go to school by 6, I don't see them home at all. And when I just saw the owner at home just few days ago, it was incredible coz the dog was still faithful to her owners. I almost started to cry. Coz it was yelping & yelping & was like happy to see the owners but yet, the owners still treat her that way. And I saw her on the road today wandering around...
We've already reported two cases and helped three dogs already but unfortunately have fought with one of the dog's owners becoz they refuse to listen to the SPCA people & us too. So, we don't want to help anymore dogs or more problems will start again. I mean not really not help anymore dogs, maybe some but definitely not in our area again. I can't help that poor dog...It's very harsh & blunt but what to do? Saving dogs is not a thankful job to most people especially to those who are not dog lovers/animal lovers.
