Usually I let him out at 11pm so that he can run freely and come back. He has been doing that for 2 years without problem until this Monday. I wonder if anyone know of a service which uses police dog to trace missing dog?? Or of same sort? Jin

If he did not, he might have been taken in as a stray by someone/some organisation (SPCA/Paws). Maybe you can call them and ask if they have your dog. Hope you find him..:)
