He is around 5 yrs & please call SPCA at 4256-5312 or 4253-5179 for more details It is also because of this problem that the Shelter cannot keep the animals for long & eventually some will be put down to sleep. It would be appreciated if the public could adopt animals from the Shelter to ease the congestion & stop the putting down of animals. Give these animals a 2nd chance in life. regards leon
