Why don't make your own? Normally you can buy it from certain petshops and almost all vet clinics. I make my own.

you can get it from tmn megah petshop (the one beside ming tien)...the e-collars are at the collar and leash section.Smile

I have not seen electronic collar before... have you thought of ordering one from US? Maybe you must try people that specialise in training, maybe they got sell.

i hv not seen any in pet shops here in M'sia but there are some new pet shops around (though i doubt they carry these kind of equipment since most if not the whole market caters for pet dogs,not working dogs)
