MKA Certificate For Puppy

Hi,

I bought a Labs puppy last week from a home breeder. She got microchip implanted (The vets has scanned the chip no.). Is it normal that i have to wait for 2 month to get the certificate as the home breeder told me?

Does the breeder need to transfer the ownership to me after that?

Re: [cvlew] MKA Certificate For Puppy

yes, u will need to wait for as long as 6 months to get your cert but not more than that......it all depends on the breeder whether he/she submitted the necessary documents oledi or not.....the sooner he/she passes the documents the faster u get ur cert.......

& u will need to ask him to sign the transfer form....can get it from mka

Re: [CasperSkywalker] MKA Certificate For Puppy

Can i call up MKA personally to check if the documentation has been submitted by the breeder?

Is it mean a dog with certificate from MKA must be a pure breed?
