MKA Certificate For Puppy

cvlew Novice Nov 16, 2004, 6:48 AM Views: 3796 MKA Certificate For Puppy Hi, I bought a Labs puppy last week from a home breeder. She got microchip implanted (The vets has scanned the chip no.). Is it normal that i have to wait for 2 month to get the certificate as the home breeder told me? Does the breeder need to transfer the ownership to me after that?
