Anyone can help me on my Pinscher's flaking skin?

Hi there, Last week i encountered that my 3 months old pinscher has few white white thing like dandruft on his head. After i brought him for free grooming at the pet shop, the white thing has filled all over the body. Later i brought him for vaccine and ask the vet to check his skin. The vet said it was fungus, have to give him a medical bath 1 week later. Anyone knows where did the fungus come from? Beside medical bath, any other way to cure him by using special oilment or shampoo ? Looking forward to your advice. thanks. Regard, LC.
