I can said that their service really satisfy me. I dunno wat others pet owner thinks but for me, this groomer is professional enough. Their phone number is 03-21411009, but as far as i know they don't have any reservation. Usually first come first serve and they are closed on every Wednesday.

I paid 150 before for grooming for my dog and it looks terrific. The normal grooming for around 80 is just normal. Cheaper one I am not too sure. Cert or not it depend on the skill of the person. Is not really expensive. Is only around RM 190. The more expensive one is like RM 700. Buying a good clipper no matter novice or pro is good because it won't hurt your dog when clipping. Like human clipper will damage dog's hair and is very hard to cut the hair out from the dog's body. She said keep talking to your furkid when you groom her. It will help calm her down. Pluck a few hair a time. And do it fast. Don't make the torture last forever. Hehehe... Remember to praise her after that. Give her treat and be consistent with that so she knows she does the right thing. If she struggles or barks to get away, be stern and so "No", otherwise she will know everytime she makes noise you will stop the ear-plucking ritual.....hope it helps..... Regards, Mr.Chris
