shalom is barfing. so i cook the rice fresh for each day. then chop up the veges (steam or puree sometimes depending on the vege). the meat has been precut and stored for each meal in separate tubs (saves work). on hot days, i add some bone and meat stock with her barf to beef up her water intake. on her lucky days, she does salmon or cod. on emergency days, we let her have kibbles (she swallows it as well)... her treats include home baked liver strips and doggie cookies...and yes sometimes, the commercial pack lamb treats. the cheras kids barf when they see me otherwise they kibble. the pj kids are barfing when they see me and any other occassions, zen diet (brown rice, turkey, vege, seaweed and tofu...all cooked). emergencies...they do kibbles too. at first it was tough...having to get up earlier to prepare food. but now i get a hang of everything...less than 5 minutes. basically place the meat into fridge the night before (for morning meal) and in teh morning before going to work (for dinner). rice cooks in less than 10 minutes which i use to hang the clothes...feed the terrapins, change water for them and the plants and feed the cats in my apartment.
