It'll be quieter there as the schnauzer gang is giving this show a miss . Do keep a copy of the show program for me (if available) I'll call you later for the schnauzer and utility group results. For the time being, to view full results, we will have to wait for coming issues of Berita Anging. As for Boofie, he won a CC , BOB and managed a Reserve Best in Toy Group (Open) and there is first time he managed to win group title in the open category. BIG (Best in Group) is the title awarded to dog that managed to 'stand' in each group. Eg, Toy, utility and etc. Each category/group will then compete for the BIS title. The Radar Ron was not awarded CC and shall try him again next March and by that time he should be 10 months old. The Penang Show was fast with 2 rings and we managed to leave early and have a nice seafood lunch at Bukit Tambun with Boon, YL Lim and Ms Ong. I own only one Corgi and Ron is currently in Basic Class (5:00pm) as your class and he is responding well to training even at his relative young age of 6 3/4 months old. Now working hard to train him on heelworks and hope to enrol him in the coming pre novice trial in Ipoh on Dec 29, 2002. Yes, your 5:00pm class is exactly the same as the one Ron is attending. We need to train Ron as early as possible as Corgi are intelligent dogs and without training, they may pick up a lot of bad habbits along the way. Your class seems to be a lot more diverse than our class (in terms of breed) and you guys seem to be learning everything alot faster. We are still on heel, sit and sometimes stand and down. but been difficult coz 2 of our classes were cancelled and 2 had a stand-in instructor coz our regular instructor couldnt make it, which i guess slows things down a bit. Also maybe our class not so dedicated in doing "homework" hehe... luckey and myself included
