Cocker spaniel - tricks/talent/character

Hahaha

, guess we should share what tricks or talent/funny character/ that our cocker can do:

Let me start with my ECS, gigi:

1. sit, down, still, crawl, shake hands, rollover

2 good swmimmer, she can dive her head inside the water to search stuffs

3. she's an alarm clock - wake us up every morning

4. Love to ride on a motorcycle

5. likes to become a thief mid nite and hide herself with the stolen stuff under the bed but will not destroy it.

6. A good search dog - can find her toy whereever I have hiden it

knows how to strategically lay "mines" at high traffic area waiting for you to step on "it" Unsure

knows how to seek out expensive stuffs and chews on em. (will only chew nike sandals. Bata slippers are a no -no) Pirate

knows how to help owner create attention during walks by peeing and pooing in public especiall when the sweet young thing in tight pants walks along.... Frown

last but not least.. knows how to get out of trouble by showing you that cute innocent face and WALKS AWAY SCOTT FREE!!!! Laugh

i shaved their fur at the paw cos they always stepping on the poo & pee

hates bath but will loves getting themselves wet in water puddles then run into the house dripping wet and happily wagging their tail.. when chase them out they will run out and when u turn around they will run to you again.. doing this while wagging their tail think you are actually playing game with them.. then u end up laughing wat to do...

the male is named Roxy the female is Batty

My hometown is in Perak. Everytime if I go back to visit my parent, I will bring her to swim in the waterfall, she loves it very much and can swim for 1 hour also doesn't feel tire Tongue

.

I will use the towel to dry her before letting her getting into the car. She will sleep like a 'pig' and sleep all the way back Sly

dunno lightning long enuf to know her cutey tricks/ talent yet lar..... other than her sad/puppy eye look at me.

hmm... come to think of it, using her butt as a preventive object to prevent mocha n summer to be near me count ar ? hehehe...that's what she likes to do .... use her butt to block mocha n summer (try imagine the scenario of an ECS butt n 2 minpin's head) LOL !

Emmm... this is a good question.

Guess everyone knows that Malaysia hardly allows doggies to go to public place. Sometime we just have to break the rule Crazy

I have brought my Gigi to Latar Kinjang for few times. Most of the villagers are real 'bumiputra' or common name 'sa kai' but not malay practicing islamic rule so I didn't chase away or get in trouble.

In fact, some of the Malay were shocked when they see dogs. However, after proving that my doggies didn't disturb them, they are ok with me but of course, I have to get my doggies to play in another side of the waterfall where there is no malay.

But if they really want chase me away, I will ask them to chase away the cats first as there are a lot of cats too Mad

.

PS: I would advise don't go in a group as so many dogs in one time will really get ourselves into trouble and they might put up a signboard "dog is prohibited" immediately Crazy

hi, i have been to latar kinjang (access from bidor or tapah, right?) but i thot there are plenty malays always around?

brought pebbles for a swim at kota kemuning on saturday. her first time in months cos she was spayed just before christmas. she really enjoyed herself and it was so delightful to watch her! if only my 2 other dogs would jump into the water with the same wild abandon and enthusiasm!

to whom it may concern, i would like to know whether cocker's instinct of retrieving will be shown automatically ? as far as a gundog is concern, they should be able to retrieve items being asked ?

for my cocker, he will definitely grab anything which happens to fall, but will never bring me them. when you try to play fetch, they'll fetch, but to somewhere else n away from me. Crazy

What am I missing... Talking about Cockers... Count me in... My Baby can retrieve ball and give back to me and want to play more.... Sit. shake.. can also... The ball one she pick up hereslf and surprise us.. So from then on we would just say "Go bring ball" and she would.. So cute.. The rest? No la nothing la... Rambo can the basic with treats... The son what also scare so hard to teach... All our dogs are our alarm clock hehehe.. They would scratch the door if they wanna come or go out too.. and would just sit and stare in the morning and lick us hehehe... Meal time ma...Baby is the smartest of them all lo.... rambo love to have his own pace.... So hard to teach them to swim.. Rambo avoided the water when I took him to the KK gathering... So much to tell la.. .Anyway, gotto go... Fiona

Too late to answer this huh? Anyway, I had a blast.... fun experience... But.. very tiring and exchausted... Not ebnough stamina I think... My mucle leg pain after that... Hehehe show I don't have enough exercise.. oops.. But hey I sweep and mop floor twice aweek and sweep most of the time plus taking care of kids and... yet sign... Maybe if I go everyday my stamina can build up but well, ot easy for me to go as kids are around sob sob Keep in touch.. Fiona

Cool, I can't wait for this but as you know I often gather my dogs together for a shot and I guess now my dogs understand what I want.. But still they would get up and walk away when they like... So hopefully we don't need 1 hour to gather them "lo" hehehehe... Hope to meet up with you sooner... Have not seen your furkids before too... Fiona
