I know u might not be around during deepavali but maybe not some major gatherings...small small celebration nia lar.. Smile

Yeah, boon's the man for the next MAJOR gathering, as suggested maybe in november as it wont clash with puppython in december. cant be helped for this gathering as it was not really planned properly, organiser sick mar..got excuse lo...Plus, most ppl are late so we cant really start the games and everything... Crazy

we need u to get a working gsd to control the crowd for us next time then... Angelic

Surprise to see u at the gathering. Didn't know that you're Joshua29. Anyway, is glad to see u on board especially to increase the retriever numbers. In KL gathering, retriever (a combination of Golden Retriever and Labrador Retriever) always make the largest count. So, I hope to see more retreivers in Penang gathering as well.

Don't worry, sooner or later Zeus will go into the water. Amber had the same phobia before. So, I just let her take it easy and not forcing her into the water. Adversely, I myself, Junior(my Lab) and Biscuit(my friend's JRT)went into the water. Then my dear Amber just couldn't stand seeing us having fun in the water and she finally jumped into the water to join in the fun. That was how she started to love swimming.

Actually, this was not the first gathering we had in Penang. Everyone of us(Boon, Ashley, Eve, Eric, myself and other) use to take turn to organise such outing. So, you too can call for another outing.

Yes, I was late....and the sky did get cloudly very much earlier than normal.... No Hokkien..no problemmeh... Next time, I will make it a point to chat up anyone holding any monkeylike looking dog...imagine that...speaking "England" and poor hokkien.. which incidentally, my Hokkien is pretty bad too...

Bubbles was acting all funnylike - this being her first outing, while Pepperboy does his usually rearend sniffing hi's. It was a great day for them.

not "gained weight", but i've been gaining weight since the week before i came back until now!!! Shocked

i think the parabolic curve is still growing in exponential rate~ Unsure

and paiseh la... i stood there listening to YEAP's talking... with the monkey on my hands somemore.... then i can tell, the monkey actually quite well-behaved that day... until ppl couldn't recognise her~ Tongue

Thanks for the advice, I have checked thru' many times already but seems no gathering in KL or near by locations. Hope to bring my dog for a holiday.......how about have a gathering in Fraser Hill ??

By the way which hotel in Penang allowed to stay with my doggie ?

KL area... yes, we DON't have any in the klang valley.
But there's always outings held in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. Taking the Kesas Highway, it's not far from klang valley, rite??

there will be one outing in KK (Kota Kemuning) on this coming 26th, Sunday, a long weekends for Deepavali. Can you make it?? with or without dog is always welcome~ Smile

I'm going to host a private party in Fraser's Hill but yet to confirm with the management ppl about bring our dogs along. Will update you later if I could make it happen. To answer your question about Hotel In penang.... Vistana does allow dogs but it's up on "special arrangement" such as during dog-show period.

I have been there few times with my dog.....just one day trip.It will be nice if we can stay for the night......

Thanks for the advice for Zeus. Do you guys and girls go there on a weekly basis? If so, when do you usually go? I hope to take Zeus there every weekend, but not this two coming weekends as I would be busy.

Actually it would be fun to be by the beach with the furrkids every weekend :) Zeus likes to play ball, but i am kind of afraid to let him off the leash at the beach. He's good at soccer that dog Tongue
