Hi !
1. What is the check-in time on the 23Aug? - Actual at 2pm ( but for this gathering 1pm is ok )
2. What is the check-out time on the 24Aug? - 12 pm
3. Are the designated rooms carpeted? If not, what surfaces will it be? - not carpeted ( the kind that if your dog pee pee you can wipe it with cloth )
4. Is there a beach nearby? Like within walking distance? - Not a the moment but there is a sand pool ( but dogs not allowed cos its for everyone in house )

Dear all,
BBQ arrangements can be made along the riverside ( Duta Hacienda is situated along riverside) there are proper railings along it and we can actually bring our dogs along with us.... the leash can also be chain on the railings ....
BBQ price - RM 30nett per adult and RM 15nett per child(abv 4 below 12 yrs old)
Dogathon - I have check with our GM its ok ( as long our doggies don end up chasing other guests .. ha ha )
Other Games - Can be arranged by our puppy.com members ....
Mr Khoo, may I suggest setting up a committee ? Maybe,2 -3 person in charge of games , 2-3 persons in charge of cleanliness and others . Then we can ensure of proper delegation of duties , as well as members will get to know who to contact if they wanna know more on certain issues .....Maybe, the committee could actually meet up and also do a resort inspection and to take a look on the actual location and get to plan ahead and better ? Just a suggestion though .....

Hi Gwinn,
As mentioned earlier.... there are certain areas where our members can go and cannot go .... this is due to other guests there as well... The FUN VILLAGE, where the outdoor jacuzzi, sand pool, refelxology pool, tennis court, children's pool is located are only for humans ... sorry . Please understand that we have to consider the comfortability of other guests as well ..... but however, you can be rest asured that there will be enough space for our gatherings for us and our dogs ......

Its so good to know that we can have a mini puppython during the trip ! Like dogathon I guess the dogs / puppies have to be on leash at all time + must walk/run with their owner. Anyone who pick up the dog and walk will be disqualified lor. Simple rite.
How far is the run ? and what are the places we can go ? I guess Mr Khoo might need the floor plan for this ler.

I propose that we have a Ice breaking game - this is so that the new and old members will get a chance to get to know each another and mingle around.
There is so many new members in the forum I'm sure lots of us the older member don't even know who they are ...
- One pair of picture of the dog. The member have to find out who have taken the other picture by asking around the people and get to know the people in the process. Those people that they have asked they wud have to get the person's signature.
Behind the picture they have to - write down the breed's name. ( the particular breed can also be our members dog ) then they wud have to track the owner down and get the details of the said dog like - name, age, owners name and etc.... & some of the question abt the breed.
The game ends on sunday morning and we will give out some prizes (if there are sponsors from our website) or we could get some treat for the dog as prizes. What do you guys think about this ?

i have just registered or make a reservation on this afternoon at PANDAN INDAH , but i can`t find my name yet. she said will add my name . i will bring 2 dogs CHUBASCO (shihtzu mix terrier 8 months) and CLOVIS (american cocker spaniel 3 months) with me.

It is good to have several committee to take care of various issues. My suggection is as follow :-
Committee for Games & Talks & Scheduling
Arthur
Ming Yang
Arthur and Ming Yang to list all items needed for the games and others so that we can estimate the cost of preparation. I guess such cost to be share equally by all.
Mini Puppython
Boon
CD Moo
Steven
Gina
Boon to head the committee of mini puppython. This will be a good training ground for him priority to full scale puppython to be held in KL
I myself and Kathleen will look at other issue and more committee will be setup if necessary.
I think it is important that the committee members to reach the resort earlier so that they have an extra of one or two hours to inspect the site and plan accordingly. If Kathleen can prepare several rooms to allow these committee members to check in slightly earlier, it will be great.
The check in time for all is fixed at 1:00pm so that members can check in and relax for a while before continue with puppycom activities.
