I would suggest that this time we try the NEW idea of charity box brought up by jnmx. Everyone is free to donate, and we'll count the money at the end of the outing with the presense of webmaster and alphas. Then the donation could bring forward to the next outing for better food preparation. MingYang did the food list, it should be good enough to prepare for thet next. As for this time, we still hold the same practise, FREE to contribute, FREE to join, and Have FUN.Also, FREE to donate.

How much newspaper do you need? How about you ask everyone to bring a waterbowl from home? I'm sure everyone has one.

You can come and go off anytime you like. Ppl starts coming at 9am. You can introduce yourself jes like that, lor ... don't have to wait for the introduction since your time is limited...
