I dont think so......Bentley should be bigger. I glad they take after their sire, Jacob in terms of their coat. They will have lovely coat, i'm quite sure.

overall, great experience, lot's of butterfly in my stomach while walking her in the ring, but such a great satisfaction to see her behaving like a showdog (unlike at home).

I received a call from one owner (she got 3 ckcs) and offered her home for the next gathering. Can I get feedback from u guys on which date is suitable.
They suggested after Christmas around New Years day but a number of us are going for the AKU show in Penang on 31/12/06 . I found out that 1 and 2 January are Public Holidays ...so which day is suitable guys ?
Either 1 or 2/1/06 is fine with me....so let ball roll

Naturally should be on a weekend if not a public holiday... a Sunday would be good. Is next month too soon after the last one?
Any ideas on location that's dog friendly? I know there are some cafes which allow one or two dogs... not sure about a gathering of dogs though >< If anyone can provide input, I'll be happy to make the arrangements on behalf of everyone...
If not a public place, any private place willing to put up with a bunch of dogs?

I m the new owner of a 7 months' old CKCS,Chester.(previously was owned by Jennifer82).I was told tat Chester is actually a mixed breed of CKCS. Can anyone give me any idea on that?mixed with?ACS?He really look 100% like CKCS when he was younger(frm his pic posted by jennifer82).Anyway,i m glad to hv an active and adorable furkid like him regardless wat breed he is

Hi Shin,
Congrats on being the new owner of Chester. From the pics, I can safely tell that Chester is mixed, most probably with an English Cocker Spaniel.
He has that typical ECS muzzle, long and chiselled. Also ckcs normally do not have tickings or freckles on their muzzle. Chester have some tickings on the legs as well. His body markings is similar to a Blenheim ckcs but the head is very untypical of a ckcs.
Nevertheless he is still a nice dog, be proud of him

Here's another furkid of my fren. Do you hv any idea what breed she is?She looks a little like CKCS,a little like japanese chin...bla bla bla....but u know what, the breeder told my fren this is a shihtzu.haha!need you help~thanks in advance

Aiyoh so cute, looks like ShihTzu mix to me but cant be sure. Her face is very clean, most ST pups i see have furry/hairy face, like a chrysanthenum flower.
As for your Chester I mentioned "most probably" mixed with ECS but also not 100% sure ah........hahaha

Hahah... looks like a shih tzu mixed with Pekingese. The face is flat, too flat for a shih tzu. The eyes are also further apart than a shih tzu. The hide also quite wide like a pekingese. How old is your pup? Maybe need a few more months to see the length of fur.
