and WOW, 2k is a lot for a furbie bag. guess u must sayang ur bb a lot. i have 3 shih tzu at home and i do not have a single bag for them...they just climb into my car and off we go kai kai...well good luck with the grooming and all...its a tough job...hahaha

Oh, 6kg? Hmm... Willy is now 6.2kg I think.... when he was 9 months old ah... where can remember... I was only a small girl loh, don't talk much to vets lah.... 6kg is the ideal weight for a shih tzu.... but they can be 4kg to 8kg lah....

Libelly, I think there are a few shih tzus available but they are not really small little puppies anymore. I am not sure if they are booked. Tongue There is one with good show quality. No new litters so far and won't be having any new puppies anytime soon. You can always drop by to visit....

esther, the clipper or hair trimmer is to make my life easy when grooming coco (also she doesn't need to suffer the long routine of scissoring with me every fortnight). The brand is Andis, especially for animal hair, cordless one. I will use it to trim coco's stomach areas, pee pee and poo poo areas, paws and interdigitals. It's very cheap only lah...if you can afford the gucci bag, then you can afford 10 of these things....hehehehe..... just kidding. seriously you should get one.....for BB's sake.... Frown

yeah, it's damn expensive, but late last year, i had nothing to do after graduation. only past time is BB, shopping and clubbing. hahahahaha! besides, then i had loads of money and everytime spend without thinking. all those things i bought also became more or less rubbish liao! now life different, me grown up liao. gonna be...*yelp*... 24 in february! damn! ya ya i know, fiesty girls do have their advantages, like kicking ppl's in the area. well if there is lots of tangles then u have to bring earlier lor if u want to keep the coat long otherwise then u might want to go for the puppy look ....well if u have doubt i can show u pictures of previous shih tzu that we have groomed and u can judge for yourself...

YOu bought Andis clippers? Wah.... roughly how much? Coz it takes about 1 hour of normal grooming after his bath, mean trim his paws, tummy area and face and for major once a month grooming, someties more than 2 hours... I don't do it on tables, just sit on the floor with him in between my legs hahahha.... I would love to try the clippers out.

Me? What's new? Well, I have a resuce group with my friends now. You wanna join? We rescue puppies, kittens and rabbits and find new homes for them. We need more volunteers to join as well. I'm on holidays now so this is basically my part-time job hahaha.... I'm fostering puppies too, quite a handful... and I just found out Esther lives very near my place....

Yah... I've seen 11kg shih tzus.... big, not standard lah... 8 kg is still good. But if the shih tzu small and weigh 8kg ah, obese loh hahahaha... Luckily my Willy always maintain his weight, but some people like fat dogs... I realise some say my Willy's skinny... He skinny meh? Maybe puppy cut lah so make him look like that hahahaah..... YOu can see his new look later, has round face hahaha.... susah lah, have to learn this on my own and use paper scissors.... so charm...

BB should weigh a little under 6kg now i guess. considering the big plastic bag of matted hair that i have just thrown out... hahahahahaha! he looks alright to me. not too ugly if you don't flip his top hair lah... hahahahahahaha!

i tell you something... my confession lah... i feel very very very guilty cos i accidently snipped bb's skin. little bit only but i very heartsick lah... i m kinda mad at myself for being such a horrid person. but bb is very brave. he never yelped or barked when i accidentally did that and i didn't even relise until i played with him later and saw the small cut...

BB now look very small... cute but my daddy said he might get cold. i dun think so lor... but if my daddy insist, i will buy bb some clothes to wear lah.. hahahahahaha!

willy good lar, not squirmish. bb, ar, huh! u wan him to sit still for u, u keep feeding him junk (aka treats) lah. but that also, sometimes, he take the treat n go eat somewhere else... hahahahahaha!

if tie or comb hair, bb can lie down for me, but he'll still squirm a little lor. his head always turns towards the comb. hahahahahaha! i dunno why but i have raised an extremely active little puppy. around people he know or without other dogs, he's very hyper one. follow here, follow there, but around new puppy pals or newer people he dun really fancy, he just lie down and wait for me. but then again, willy also the same ma... hahahahaha!
