here is another pic of donatello when he won the ebcn(engish bulldog club of netherlands) in 2006. i bought donatello when he was still a puppy in oct. 2004. he finish no.1 bulldog, no.1 non sporting, no.3 all breed here in the philippines in 2005. then, i sent him to his breeder mareike(slaghek) in 2006 to show in europe where he won all the big shows in netherlands, france and germany.

my logo picture is my other male bully ch. bertie( kelloe classic charm) he is being shown now to his grand championship title.

Just back from Italy and we are fortunate enough to have visited 2 of the best breeder in italy. This trip make us to further knowing the breed more. Their dogs are really stunning i will be update my site soon with all the photos of those stunner. Frown

I'm new to the forum, and hope I'm not interrupting any existing discussion Smile

I used to have a Bulldog puppy, but unfortunately it died of Parvo virus after only 2 weeks with me. Despite the short time we had him, we were extremely fond of him and it broke our hearts when he passed on.

When I first acquired Ben (my deceased puppy), I had very little idea on the Bulldog owner/breeder scene (I still don't have much idea now). In hindsight, I realised the breeder which I acquired Ben from was not a responsible breeder. He is what you would call a "puppy mill".

However, with the dearth of information on breeders, it is difficult to find a responsible/good breeder, and most of the time we have to rely on advertisements in the papers. They could turn out to be "puppy mills" too.

I hope to get another Bully pup soon, but I wish to get one from a good breeder. By "good" I mean a responsible breeder that takes good care of his charge, and is not in merely for the money.

I'm not looking for show quality pups, just a reasonable and healthy pup as our family pet. I'm also toying with the idea of getting one from Thailand after seeing their pups. However, if there are any nice ones in town, it will do more than fine.

I would appreciate if the sifus could help me in my search for a nice Bully pup. I read an earlier post on a forum member, Aurilla (hope it's correct) acquiring her Bully pup from a Mr. Liew in Ampang. How can I get in touch with Mr. Liew?

Hi,

Sorry to hear regarding your puppy. I think if u want a good healthy pup u should check the parents of the pup ( pedigree and bloodline ). Many local breeder won`t show you their pup parents mean that not a serious breeder. I just know that a guy name Mr. Lim at Ampang breed some nice bulldog. Hi Tancho,

Welcome to this station, u will have a lot idea how a bulldog should look like or u may go to my website where u will find a bulldog standard page, understand a bulldog before acquiring one. I suggest when u buy a pup try your best to look at the parents. Many breeder will not allowed you to see the parents as desdobe has mentioned. Some breeders breed a bulldog with leggy, nosey and bad conditioned bulldogs.

I had a nosey bulldogs from thailand once and paid with a very high price for it. Some of the members here saw it before no joke its a super low quality dog and now with my vet i gave him free sigh!!! Sorry, I dont fancy nosey dog in my breeding.

Thailand there is many bulldog breeders just that what price u are looking for, If u just want a pets quality i will say get it here at least u save the freight which cost min RM 500 that was 3 yrs back now i think should be higher.

Ya, I've been to your site. Super nice Bullies u got!

My intention is to get a nice Bully as a family pet. It need not be of top quality, but should be healthy.

I've been to one breeder, but the female didn't look too nice (it looks more like a Boxer), and the male wasn't available. The breeder wanted RM4.5 k to RM5 k for his female pups at 18 days old. At that age, it's difficult to ascertain any health or physical defects in the pups.

How much, generally speaking, would a good pet quality bully pup cost? What about a show quality pup? I know it differs with breeders and other factors, but any general idea?

I probably will enter my male this coming show. I still thinking now as i will enter my super red doberman and my super golden this time as well. I just worry not enough hand power to help me at the show ring.

I think u should know who am i now since i already told you that i got a super red doberman ( Jagger ).

Hi Tancho,

I totally agreed with Britmann. I think the price for a good quality bully puppies around 2 months it won`t so expensive. It should be a bit more then 5K or maybe just 5K but off couse u can`t pick the 1st choice as all show breeder will keep it for them to show in future and keep their line too.

The price they quoted you is on the high side at such age, unless the breeder can guarantee you a fantastic puppy when they gets older. Where about is this breeder ?

It is a very sensitive to tell a price for a puppy. Some breeder not even understand the bulldog standard and u expect them to tell you what is show quality Frown

.

In my opinion if a good show pup will cost over 5k in malaysia but most of the time the best will not available for sale.

I know who u are you got 3rd in Ch of Ch rite.

I most probably will go with a girl or maybe a male too still havent made up my mind yet. A bit worried abou tthe venue heard there is no A/C and its tough for bulldogs.

The show is an all breed show held in ara damansara maybe u can come to have a look, should have some bulldogs enter on that day.

I never notice that. Anyway the show ring is just outside my freind shop so if is too hot probably all my dog will inside their shop
