dont be angry with yourself..its not your fault..n no worry...i have old cloth here,..bedsheet and a big warm blanket..should be enough for a few puppies

THE PUPPY PEN PROJECT IS ON HOLD. We may just repair the smaller pen tomorrow. The money for the bigger pen may be used for an emergancy (like hiring a truck etc)...

Thanks Pei02 for telling me about the bleach. It was kept in the office in one of the filing cabinets and there was no record kept for your donation (there is a log book in the office).
Asked the good vet to look for it , and they finally dug it up. So all is kosher now.

This is y I can't trust them. If u send better thing, sure they will bring back, this ia y I hope I can see cynhor that day, at least my thing will b use for the doggie not human. I had this experience b coz I help a charity show for donation, but after a mth my friend(volunteer)told me don't do it, becoz the $ not to the sociaty but themself.

So, I hope I can't meet u cynhor on thurs, 1230pm, or unless u can tell me the other volunteer's name, I will look for her or he.

Thanks, and I'll bring more bleach.

Hi Pei, I went in today to set it up. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the bleach and paints as well. I checked that it was recorded in the log as well. The printer was out of ink and I couldn't find driver file in your PC. Will try to download from internet and get a refill ink cart. Revert when I get a chance to. Posted forms to you today.

Maha said that he has the right to 'break' the computer if he wants to. Sounds pretty petty doesn't it. Anyway he said that volunteers are not allowed to touch PAWS property and had physically tried to stop me from switching it on. But he refused to give it in writing...

Was told yesterday, that he's up to something. Now, I am worried. It a pretty good computer and would be great for sharing all the dog's records and photos (there are several people at PAWS that do photos). If it disappears, we know who and why - lah.

I am really annoyed with these people now.

errr.... i am sorry to say at..... after i feed my taro.. i have not much left for my saving... but last time i visit paws.. i saw ppl making eggs for doggie... can i bring some eggs in? do paws have any place to keep the eggs..... about how many they need for 1 day? or a week.. i will see how much i can do...

Dear all,

I was at PAWS on Saturday morning,Its quite bad with all the road works going on. You can't even access to the entrance, but I managed to park my car at the side and walk on the new tar road to the entrance. And the phone line was out too for 3 days because the excavator accidentally damaged the connection. The line is working now.

There is a Schnauzer which is 11 months old there, According to Maha the dog is having serious skin disease and not up for adoption. But I really wonder what will happen to it later ? Got sold ? What happens to the money ? I really can see that there is preferential treatments to pure breeds over there .... Maha also said that they will built a fencing outside the compound but I am just wondering how can visitors access to PAWS if they don't even cut through the side ways and build a path ?

It is already so bad cos no one really knows how to get there and to make things worse I met up some ppl who wanted to adopt puppies thinks that PAWS is closed down cos of the Road works .... Frown

I really pity those dogs over there...

maha is not petty. to maha, its a storage of evidence. dont u think he wants to break it even during his sleep? i would break it from day 1 if i m maha.

the computer is capable of storing pics, records of dogs and cats that come in, its like a stock/log book. imagine a batch of stock unaccountable if check? who is accountable? definately maha will have to explain where the stock goes. given his practise of killing animals to accomodate the new stock that comes with donations, he would be a fool to let anyone esp the volunteers and illegal members to use it.

what do u think if we gather many ppls and hold a protest right outside paws? (also inform the press)

Hey Pei02

Good news, today the President showed up at PAWS site and instructed Dr Maha not to stop any volunteer from working at PAWS. On top of that we have also been given the green light to start tabulating their receipts in excel (which is good as they can do a monthly closing and an annual balance sheet easily thenafter). It was such a uphill battle to get to this point.

Anyway, this is going to get us one step closer to calling for an AGM with BOOKS and accountability. If we find anything amiss... we will know exactly where the responsibility lies.

And naturally the doctor at the office was rather unhappy...

Actually I got a suggestion I wanted to tell u on mon, but alredi cancel.

I m thinking, most people can't adopt those doggie bcos of our place too small or no place, or no time or etc..... Y not we do a program like, they can adopt but without bringing those back. At least they need to pay or buy the food or some other things for that dog that they adopted, and they also can drop by for visit when they r free. So that at least that donation still come in, until the dog adopted by some one.

The volunteer have to report to the owner every month, wat that doggie needs, medical, food,toys, etc.......

What do u thing?

sure the doctor was not happy lar, he dropped his own face by himself and i can imagine how his face color turn likes haha... good to hear that we all have the PASSPORT to get PAWS thing running smooth. Cynthia, u are a superwomen indeed.

I couldn't get the printer to work but don't worry. Do you remember how long ago since you last used it? I can actually send it in for a service if its just a worn part. I can also get ink quite easily.

We don't need to do any printing at the moment, just lots of data entry. Thanks again for bringing it in.
