Boring betul lah the whole thing! I don't even have to make any reports cos the company provided all the papers for those who attended the function... There were only about 20 people only, and that includes the people working for the company... Woah, quite bad reception!

I agreed with you and can understand your fustration. There was once I was at the Low Yat Plaza shopping for computer with my dog. Muffin (a shihtzu) was in a bag. There was this malay guy who came to me and say "Eee... anjing! Najis dia kotor". I was so angry that I said to him "Najis mana yang tak kotor. Najis engkau pun sama juga". He was in shocked and leave me alone. I felt so good after saying that. Well... he asked for it.

It's really mean of those people huh? I have Malay friends who loves my BB and one of my pal actually own a dog (which, of cos, he let his Chinese ex-gf keep bt he still visits!)... Well, guess we can stereotype that all Malays are like that because they aren't but those irrational ones are SOOOOO annoying! They should just move to a country where dogs and pigs are not allowed! Hahahaha!

dont meant to interrupt, but i agreed with what you say. it should be ok for malays to keep dogs. i bet even malay people living in banglos would need to keep big dogs for security. one of our member here, jerome have 2 dogs, and she is malay. met her on jungle trekkin day and saw her on ob training. Dear Esther,

I could even imaging Muslim's god is those animal that they can't touch/eat, just like us ... as for those who pray "kwan yin" is not suppose to eat beef caused cow is one of her ride.

I'm also a hot temple person, but from time to time we have to learn to be more patience ... especially dealing with this kind of mad people, the more you re-act then the more issue they could bring up.

Many peple in this web is putting efforts to promote more muture environment for dog lovers, many activities is been organize by them, you could join in to give your support.

Nah, why should I email the PM and complaint about such things?? Really... I'll only be wasting his time. It's not his fault that people can't behave decently round others nor be good corporate citizens but why should I waste the PM's time and be a bad corporate citizen like them??!! I just don't see a point in doing such dumb stuff.

Besides, I can't be bothered now that I have so much to do and BB's growing up so fast and I sometimes feel like I'm missing out on my son's growing process whenever I am not home... *sigh* And I can't believe how being at home with him, getting all engrossed with training him has done to his mentality!! He's a perfect little monster now and there's nothing that gets ruined or destroyed no matter how long I leave him by himself!! Wow!! Angelic

Dear Esther,

You are right for no wasting time with those dumb person.

Very often we heard our doggie being threated unfair in this country, thus we can't bring out doggie out freely, everyway is dog/pets restricted.

By raising our concern/complaints to the PM / local authorities is to put our hope that they will review the outdated law and do something to improve the situation.

May be in next future, restaurant will take down their pet restriction signboard. ....

Hey, we're better off playing or watching TV with our little critter rather than fending off stoopid people who can't look beyond the fact that pets are pets and people who keep specific types of pets, be it, snakes, lizards, cats, dogs or hamsters, are individual who have individual preferences. So, why don't we all just sit back and have the last laugh at those kinda people's stoopid-ity?? Hahahahaha!

Oh yeah, I am a Advertising, Communication and Marketing College Graduate. That's why I can write so well... Like lawyer pulak! Hahahahaha!

dear rena,

I like ur words.some of the malay are really rude n tot of they are "somehting" always.

but i have experience some malay tat being quite well with my furkids. one of my bf coll (malay girl) like dog a lot too, she even pet my Snowie(westie) the first time she met her. n i brought my Genii (my husky) to Healing Rooms, some of the malay felt ok n keep on saying tat she was so manja. so it just depends on the ppl how they behave but not the races or the religions.

u said u bring ur BB shopping in a stroller? can u really walk all around the building? i got two westie le, wanna try bring them to Mid VAlley too. comfirm or not can bring? else kena halau, no face la.

i been to Great Estern mall before, wat i notice was there are quite a lot of foreigners. so bringing a pet for walk should be no problem.

MidValley ar... Never took BB there before but I have seen a girl with a baby shih tzu in starbucks... No one halau her also... Sure can lor... If the doggies are quiet, I think not much of a problem lah... But be careful lor cos MidValley memang have the "no pets allowed" sticker on their doors!! Tongue

I have took BB 2 Bandar Utama a couple of times in the baby stroller. Then, there's also Great Eastern Mall lah... Besides that ar, plenty of coffee bean outlets that aren't too strict and of cos, Ikano lah... Smile

Now I have no time to bring BB kai-kai with me cos I just started working and going out shopping with him on weekends would be a pain for me... Hahahahaha!

i too saw someone with their pups along the outdoor coffee place at midvalley, i guess its alrite as long as no one "halau" u or make a big fuss about it.. but i did notice a very big "no dogs allowed" on each of the main entrance to the mall Pirate

. wonder how to bring the furkids out from the carpark though.. hehe Laugh

Hmm... Of all the places that I have openly brought or snuck in my shih tzu, I have never seen any dogs that barks a lot... I think if it's just a slight on-and-off bark, then besides Ikano, you can take your silky to MidValley, Great Eastern Mall and 1-Utama, kua. I am not responsible if you kena marah, yah! Hahahaahah! It's a if you dare, you bring... Tongue

I just took BB to Holiday Villa Subang Jaya with me two weekends ago and no prob lor cos he never barked... And never simply potty... Angelic

Very good boi, my BB. And very fast to learn what he can and cannot do... I tricks, BB not as fast as his sister, Coco (daughter of our member here, cnfs).

U try and bring your silky to cafes first and if he/she behaves, then you know you can bring he/she to malls where got many people lor...

Hahahaha! You will have to be a toy-dog owner and can sneak your babies in their doggie carrier past the security people lor... You know ar, I am so pretty that people look at me and not notice that I am bringing a bag that has my BB inside... Hahahahaha! Perasan!

Anyway, I dunno why but I have managed to sneak BB past some security guards in some buildings and they were all oblivious to the fact that I have a dog in my bag... Hahahaha! Good for me lah!

I think if our babies are quiet and well-behaved, then everywhere also can go because they won't kacau other people mah... Wink

BTW, what breed are your babies? BB's a shih tzu and he's a very quiet one who is very used to being sneaked around with his Mommy, so that's why ne don't make any fuss... When I first got him, I even practised taking him to the grocery store behind my house in a doggie carrier because I show him to know where I buy my milk! Hahahahaha!
