Separating them is not really a good idea. As the more you separate the more they like to fight. But one thing for sure, you need to be the boss. When my fight once I shout at them they will stop. If they don't they sure will get beating. Really bad in canning the dog but sometimes really no choice. Like my silky which is very stubborn. Take really a lot of patient to take care of her. Mad

Yeah, I was told that too but if everything fails then that's what's best for them. I hate it. They were like brothers, always following each other, chasing and palying and sleeping together and then suddenly.... poof! The fighting began......

I did let them fight it out but no one was winning and it's so hard to separate them. Smaller dogs are easier but big boxers.... they have the strength of an ox and rhino, so strong. To stop them fighting is so hard, we tried to pull them apart with their leashes, spray them with water, shout at them, beating them and pulling their tails(a dog behaviour book said to try this) but everything else failed...... so sad....... And then have to take care of Willy also coz he is the dominant one and very busybody and wants to fight with them but luckily he's small so I can just carry him away....

Sadly, I don't have the time to volunteer in spca and sorry, I don't know who is Paulynn. I've been to spca a number of times and my heart always breaks when I enter the compound, it's so sad to see the dogs and puppies and cats there, I normally donate some of my pocket money and I don't work so it's not much.... about RM50 whenever I go there.....

Yeah sometimes when you have big dog is harder to control them. I think if this is the case you must make yourself dominant to all of them even more. If they are not afraid of you then this is going to be another problem. I have a friend who own boxer also. What happen is the boxer bite off the eye of the pug. You really need to be careful also.

my dogs are all abc dog. (the mixed ice) i donno their breed, they r all fr the street, except one of them that is resemblence to a rottie. but everyone of them is so unique. how abt u?

Wah, that bad ah..... my dad is the alpha of the family so all the dogs obey him...... must tell him to be more dominant then! What happen to the poor pug? Did it become blind? I'm trying to be really careful with my shih tzu, he's so old and he doesn't know the boxers are so much bigger than him and they have all theri teeth! My Willy has lost almost all of his front teeth, when he gives his doggie smile you can only see his fangs and a few front teeth, very funny...

Oh, my dad grew up with dogs when he was a kid so he shared his interest with us. My grandma doesn't like dogs very much but now I often catch her talking sweetly to my dogs and she feeds them tidbits hahaha.

Oh, the Melaka trip, I think I've booked a family studio and have a frend sharing it with me. Another couple have't confirm with me yet so I'm still waiting. Are you interested? RM230 share 4 orang only. Hey, yuanyuan is still finding people to share with her!

I like all kinds of dogs, if I have the money I'll sure open a shelter for abandon dogs..... sigh... that's only a dream

i have the same dream like urs... but my frens told me, it is impossible for us to give shelter for all abandon dogs outside.. somemore if ppl know there is a place for abandon dogs, this will increase more irresponsible ppl liao... they might pass their old dog to us and get new doggie... who knows rite?
