I like to know which day is the AFormosa outing and is it fixed. This is because, I need to make arrangements and apply for leave now. For me this cannot be done in the last minute and it is a hazzle to make changes.

Dear Mr Khoo,

What I cannot understand logically is when you 1st planned this event with AFormosa, surely they have informed you how many units of studio and bungalows are available on the date chosen.

If this is known, as soon as you fill up the units, allocated to you, then you can close the bookings. I am just trying to understand why is there a need to postpone if the information above was available.

I understand it is not easy to organise an event but wouldn't it be even more confusion caused if there are changes. Some members may not even know the changes on the dates as they do not read this forum on a daily basis. I was informed by someone else.

I suggest when you have fixed the date, you may want to contact the members in case someone will turn up in AFormosa on the 10th July and it will be a great disappointment for them.

I have some changes to my original booking. It will now be Ms. LC Wee & 2 other persons plus 2 furkids. I have a Rottweiler and the other dog is a Labrador. Is it ok? Or is it advisable to bring only small breed dogs? My rottie is very disciplined and well behaved but he is a really big boy!! Might look a little imposing.

Just logged on and discovered the date change. Can't make the 24th, so how do I cancel my bungalow booking? Should I contact them or will they contact me? Also, any chance the resort will still allow dogs on the 10th if I were to keep my original booking (for the 10th) and go on that weekend anyway? Still want to go, but can't go on the 24th. Thanks.
