I've been at your place before but only downstairs lar..
Well, you could always downsize your design lor if budget is tight. Something simple and nice with comtemporary design should do for young couple house. Mine is goin thru the defect lor. But gonna do the design sometime in Oct in order to move in by end of nov. WK did the design and I furnish him some of my ideas and design lor. Most of the things that I mentioned, he will said 'not matching lar' and 'not nice lar' and all sorts lor. Ai ya, what to do, he's the designer mar not me..kekekekeke
Thought of throwing a party on christmas eve, since it's coco birthday some more... Think think over first...

Mine is at Jln Kuching stretch lor. But now the I think the road called Jalan Putramas 1. You can see it on your right hand side if u head down to selayang.

Yeah sure, all those comtemporary stuff are very pricey but m sure you could get those quite similar design of what u wanted by the half of the price lor. But got to search lar...

I thought u guys have been together for quite sometime oredy. Better don't wait for too long. Mens tend to lose interest if things drag for too long.. Biasalar, it's their nature behaviour..hahahah
Me ar, hmmm.... according to the chinese calender, we r to get married next year lar during CNY somemore...Now busy getting the house done first lar then only talk bout marriage. Lots of thing need to be settle. All preparation need $$$ now where got so much after my operation.. Some more planning to do another operation next year....

Ai yo, that ob so fast return back to the trainer oredy meh!! Hmmm... the mummy must be so long never train the boys lar...
Although Coco has finished the ob class, on and off we still train her to listen to the command lor.. if not, she really sakai wan. Then malu lor, me.. and waste money some more....
Good wat, at least got more time to prepare for the wedding of both of u. Still 2 more years to come...

all 4 very hard to train one lor.. now trying on roxy..she picks up relatively fast =) she knows her sit, down n paws d.. hehee... going to try to get her to do heel properly n stay commands soon. But her heel time she very jakun one..sigh...

Why jakun?? Roxy is lack of confident gua.. Put more effort and training on her lar..
In class of course obey lar. But when at home, when wk wanted to train her, she'll jump here and there and not really listen to command but if treats on our hand then diff story lar... But luckily, she behave in public lor.
Now she know how to 'shake hand', 'give me five' and down command. So diff. to get her to 'down'. But trying to teach her how to roll also but before her body cld roll, her head oredy roll don't know for how many times....kekekeke

ohh no.. u r dead wrong.. she is too confident.. tats why she will tarik tarik all..but then again cant blame her.. cos i havent started her on OB training yet.
slowly la.. later u confuse coco girl.. hehee.. part of the reason why she doesnt obey at home is because she associate it as her home, her play area..so she wont get serious.. you need to be strict with her to get her to listen to you at home and out...she has to see u all as alpha.. now she is alpha at home.. hehee.. u guys r her slaves.. hehee..
my furkids will get all excited for the first few minutes they meet me in excitement.. after tat they obey my commands... (unless something more interesting comes by......)

Yeah we r trying to make her listen to our command at home too, but slowly lar. She's picking up fast and learning what can do and what cannot too. Smart dog!! But just stubborn lar..
Gonna bring her socialize at tmn desa every weekend next mth, if time allowed..After I admitted to the hospital, wk didn't even bring her out to play once until now. Poor girl. Staying at home so 'sien'. Later she also jakun..

mana ada.. but i'm trying to learn to figure my dog's behaviour now.. i learned that roxy's jumping at me to lick my nose is being very polite.. hehee.. and tyson's licking is being submissive.. its interesting...

Well, Just sayang tyson more and treat him whatever he feels like doin or eating lor so that you won't regret for not doin it later..It is very sad to see one beloved pet to go to heaven. But what to do, that's life. Me, myself also can't take that even with other pp's story of their pets.
GR should be ok wat with being the Alpha at home. At least they r not like rottie or doberman.

think its better to spay coco before she goes on heat.. and before she gets bigger.. cos its more expensive when they r bigger also..u might like to consider.
lately raining heavily everyday wor.. cant neuter harvey lor.. later he will play with water n infect his wound.. scared can not heal lor...
he humps lately for domination..i try to discourage tat.. but he gets scolding fr ty also.. hehee.. pops is ok.. so i am not planning to neuter him.. mebbe i shld..since he oways mark territory n pee everywhere...
