 Hey Jo,
Actually, my fav time to go is early morning, around 6.30 after it just rained. Cause then, the stream is bigger and the mosquitos dont really start coming out till things dry up a bit. Actually, while it is still drizzling, is when I go in with Anjali. Just take my car key without the signal opener.
Oh, about the cramps, even if you had warmed up, you would have stil had em. The next time you go though, make it soon, you will have less and less of em. Till the 4th time you go, then no pain at all. No pain no gain right?
Hey, I was supposed to go today morning with my friend and his dog, but he got caught up, so we are going in the evening. Want to join us? He is bringing his wife and his male Alaskan Mamute, so cute, but so black like a wolf.
Inform Ming and Cloe as well. This time, we will go just for short walk. Im going again this Sat morning also.

I thought we would finish it faster, cause normally that same route is 1hour 30mins for me and Anjali. But atleast I got to show you guys about 2 and 1/2 of the 4 official trails there and most of the exit/entrance points so you can go next time on your own and not get lost 
gotta remember to warm up next time.
