If the bold part is clean and dry although it is red ... I guess you don't need to bath/wash the area very regularly ... once a week should be fine!!! Instead, try Johnson baby oil (another ads.??? Oh ... no) and apply the spot twice a day. During the bath/wash, always apply more soap & rub accordingly on the "spot" and to leave it at last 10 - 15 minutes before you rinse it thoroughtly. Keep the kennel/crate/pan/run & your compound clean by using just "CLOROX" once a week and you will see the end result ... . It work on me for YEARS and I hope it help you and to those who like to "try" up!!! LEO PUI Get REAL, Train REAL & Be REAL! Do RIGHT and FEAR No One!
