Ah Ee Yeah very good question indeed, of coz, 7 people sure don have enuf time and energy to make this big event of the year happen. Let me explain to u, it actually work this way, the 5 event managers will have their own sub committee members under them directly. For example, Maintenance & Site Readiness manager would have a few people to arrange and coordinate with red + or st john for the first aid, and some for the direction and parking. Food & Beverage's group will ensure all participant and committes got thier drink and food. Event Manager need more people to coordinate and explain to the participant on how to take part in each game Treasurer and Secretary will need a smaller number of sub-committee member just for registration, collection, donation and minutes of meeting and other documents.
