Yes, the owner bred the poorly neglected dog, dog gave birth, dog sadly passed away. This is the reason why I tell people not to simply breed their dogs. Btw, that Schnauzer was a piss-poor example of the breed.
Unfortunately, we have people like ACC who tells people they MUST breed their dogs when they reach two years of age. Hmpf, so much for a responsible dog owner/breeder. His Beagle is "pet-quality" & YET he bred from it. No x-rays, nothing done. He is a person I definitely degrade.
