microchip is a proof of identity if happen that u lost ur dog....
n if some1 pick up ur lost dog they can trace d owner....only if they are really kind hearted n wanted to return d dog to d rightful owner....
as for cert....they prove their bloodline ofcoz...but not health....
n nowadays...there r too much dishonest breeder around....
i remember my fren's beagle got MKA cert...but it turns out that his dog looks like a basset hound instead...
so its important that u choose d right breeder n remember to hv a look at both d sire and dam....
