hi npk,
not that i don't agree with u... i do... microchipping is a good way to identify a dog... besides tattooing a dog's ear, which is painful...
having said that, how many places u know that has the microchip scan? i do not think even the local animal shelters has this scan... and not all vets are equipped with it... correct me if i'm wrong...
microchipping is, in fact, still new in malaysia... as it is with responsible ownership, but that's another story...
