shih tzu breeder recommendation?

hi any shih tzu ( taiwan breed ) shih tzu recommendation? w cert.i mean those really responsible breeder, not selling for sake of making $$ type...cos i may wanna look for female shih tzu for my timmy (2.5 yrs old) shih tzu as companion.as i bought timmy fr petshop, realised it was a mistake 2 buy fr petshop cos he has skinsensitivity , and one testis ( inherit fr his parents) and of cos i still love him the way he is no matter how,and i hope this time i can look for gd breeder , see how they take care their dogs and the parents' condition b4 i buy any puppy .
